Leading with Emotional Intelligence
In this foundational module, participants delve into the Genos Emotional Intelligence model, refining essential skills through experiential exercises. The session centers on the six core competencies of emotional intelligence: Self-awareness, Awareness of others, Authenticity, Emotional reasoning, Self-management, and Inspiring performance, providing a comprehensive introduction to emotional intelligence. All participants receive six-month access to our on-demand Genos Grow EI development learning platform.

Understanding Your DiSC
Centered on personal and professional success, participants dive into the DiSC model, unraveling insights into behavioral styles, communication preferences, and management approaches. This session, focused on building self-awareness, lays the foundation for adaptive communication, collaboration, and effective management techniques, fostering improved workplace dynamics.

Work of Leaders
Continuing the cascade, the Work of Leaders program steps into the spotlight, addressing the dynamic challenges of leadership. Participants embark on an exploration of the core elements - Vision, Alignment, and Execution - engaging with a meticulously designed curriculum that seamlessly builds on the foundation laid by the DiSC training.

Leading a Cohesive Team
Elevating team dynamics, this module delves into Patrick Lencioni's five essential behaviors for team cohesion, placing trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results orientation in the spotlight. Participants explore these behaviors, contributing to a positive team culture that enhances collaboration and reinforces leadership skills introduced in earlier modules.

Productive Conflict
This module builds upon the foundation of team cohesion and introduces the Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict. This experience is designed to improve self-awareness around conflict behaviors. It isn’t about conflict resolution; rather, it’s focused on helping leaders curb destructive thoughts and behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, improving their workplace results and relationships.

Deep Work
Welcome to "Deep Work," the culminating session of our Leadership Advancement Program. Here, leaders synthesize insights, craft personalized action plans, and hone their leadership ethos through introspection, collaboration, and strategic planning. Guided by seasoned facilitators, participants leverage their rich tapestry of experiences to identify strengths, values, and growth areas, shaping a trajectory towards leadership excellence.

*Group coaching will be available from 12pm - 1pm EST after each monthly session.
